make

word

of

God

which

we

heare,

fruitleffe

and

conuerfion and

faluätion;

and to

this

end he will

labour

to

work

in

negligent

carelefieffe in

hearkening

tothofe

things

which

are del

iuered;

and

this

is

vfually

accompanied

with

dulneffe

of

fpirit, drowfine% and

or

if

we

let

our

feluès

to

heare the

word,

with

any care and confci-

ence

to

profit

thereby, then

hee will

feeke

to

diflraél our

mindes;With

vvandring

thoughts,

either

by offering

and

fuggefling

to

world,

and

-the vanities

thereof,

as

our

affaires

and

pleafures

delighted;

not

preuaile, by calling
