condition,

that God bath

mercy

gone, the

fears

and

fuggefttons

their

own

prevail againft

them,

take

away

all

comforts

than

the applications

prevailed

uphold

and

continue

comforts

gracious,in

cafe

of

fears

and

doubts

as it

is

with

the wicked

in

regard

of

their

hopes,

a

wicked

man bath the

Word

that

he

not

in

a

good

dition,

but

his

own

-love

and conceit

incourage him to

prefume that

he

isin

a

good

eftate

;

now he

regards

his

own

opinion

and

conceit,

and prefumes upon

that

that

his

eftate

is

good,

more than

on

whatfoever

is

Paid

unto him

out

of

the

Word

that

it

is

not

fo

the people

of

God

although

they

are

in

a

good

eftate, yet

their

ovrn

fear

damps

their

hearts

that makes them queftion that it

is

not

fo, but

the

ground

of

own

fears,

as

the ground

of

the wicked

in

thinking

their

eftate

good

conceit
