warfare

to

preparation to

In our preparation we

are

confider

the

late, qualitie

condition ofourenemies,

and

may withfiand

Concerning

the

firfl,in an enemie

proclaimethwarre

two things

power.

For

if

he

haue will

to hurt

power,

he

not to

be greatly

regarded;ifpower

power be great

and puiffant, and
