now confider

power. For

though

he

be

moil malitious,yet

if

hee

wanted

power

to

execute his

malice, wee

might

well

contemne him,and

reiifecure,tnaking

no

great

preparation to

refill his

weake

affault.

with

our enemie

it

is

farre

otherwife

:

for

as

his

will

is

moll

malitiouílybent

to hurt,

firong and

inightie to

effedt his

will. And this

power

and abilitie to

execute

his

will,

conlfleth

partly in

his

firength,

and partly

in his

skill

and

warlike policie, whereby

he

imploieth

his

flrength

to

his belt aduantage. His
